Forging conditions
Forging is made at a range of temperature included between 1150 and 950°C, then cooled at appropriate conditions for the final thermal treatment and obtain required characteristics. In any case, please contact us.
Properties / Main use conditions
Ni-Cr-Mo-W alloy, "C" family, created about 1989, having a polyvalent and high resistance in many reducing atospheres and especially in oxydizing atmospheres, giving the possibility of various manufactures in single installations. Good resistance to sea water contaminated by chlorides.
Main applications
All boiler-made devices used for fine chemistry and pharmaceutic chemistry. Heat exchangers, reactors. Absorption tower in installations for smoke treatment. Paper industry.
