Forging conditions
Forging is made at a range of temperature included between 1150 and 950°C, then cooled at appropriate conditions for the final thermal treatment and obtain required characteristics. In any case, please contact us.
Properties / Main use conditions
Cobalt, chromium, tungsten and nickel alloy, having an excellent mechanical resistance until 1100°C, and a good resistance to projection of salts coming from hydrochloric, nitric, phosphoric and sulphuric acids at high temperatures.
Main applications
Stationary and flying gas turbine components, turbine casings and rings. Oven muffles, heat exchangers for high temperature, equipments for chemical process at high temperatures.
Heat treatment
Solution : 1250°C / 1 hour / Air cool.
